We strive for a swift preparation process and orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days so that customers can receive their items promptly.

In certain situations, we may collaborate with a third-party supplier who might handle our inventory and take charge of shipping your products.

In-store pickups

We offer a convenient local pickup option for those who prefer to collect their orders in person. It is designed to provide a fast and efficient way for local customers to receive their products without waiting for home delivery.

Orders are typically ready for pickup within 3 to 5 business days. Please wait for the confirmation email before coming to the store to pick up your order.

Pickup hours are as follows: Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm.

This process helps to ensure that orders are safely and accurately handed over to the right person.

Medication Not Recieved / Damaged Goods

In the event you experience an issue with your medication order, please promptly notify us as soon as you discover an issue. No exchanges or replacements will be provided unless we are notified immediately.

In the event that tracking from a shipping provider shows your medication as Delivered but you are unable to locate it, please let us know immediately so that we can initiate a tracer investigation and discuss potential options with you regarding a replacement.

Returns

State and federal laws prohibit a pharmacist from returning medication to stock once out of their posession – therefore, returns of prescription items are not permitted.
